What Will You Be Doing: Managing rehabilitation and casework for clients with diverse injuries and illnesses to support their return to health and work. Conducting comprehensive assessments, including initial and vocational evaluations, with clear and concise reporting. Identifying barriers to return-to-work and designing customized rehabilitation plans for safe and timely reintegration. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions and tailored recommendations. Providing vocational counselling to guide clients toward meaningful career outcomes. Building and nurturing strong client relationships through exceptional service and business development. Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate case notes to meet compliance standards. What you need: Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Allied Health or Rehabilitation Counselling Must hold registration with either AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA.
